TyneMet’s main site is the Coast Road Campus in Wallsend, easily accessible from the city centre and that coat with excellent transport links and free parking. TyneMet is your vocational specialist, offering you a huge range of courses across career-based subjects to get you off to a great start. There’s so much to explore on campus with a range of retail outlets from a Hair and Beauty Salon, a gym, a restaurant and even a floristry shop!
Queen Alexandra Campus & The Creative Studios
Our partner and dedicated Sixth Form College, Queen Alexandra, is located close by at our North Shields Campus. Queen Alexandra Sixth Form College offers a wide range of A Level courses in a supportive environment.
TMC Campus, Benton
Studying at TMC, you'll have access to our dedicated construction campus connected by excellent transport links - this is a purpose built environment and provides students with a taste of life in the construction industry.
Recently refurbished you will have access to industry standard equipment including the latest tools and equipment and gain hands on experience while being taught by industry experts. Our purpose-built centre offers some of the best training facilities in the region, with dedicated workshops and classrooms for Basic Construction skills and a wide range of trades including: brickwork, carpentry and joinery, painting and decorating, plumbing and more.
TyneMet is ideally located between Newcastle city centre and the beautiful North Tyneside coastline. Our main campus is situated on the Coast Road, just minutes away from the city or the coast. Our dedicated Sixth Form College, Queen Alexandra, is located a few minutes down the road at Hawkeys Lane in North Shields.
