You will learn about the passenger shipping industry, customer service sales and marketing, culture and the environment and the different career opportunities available to you. On ship you will gain hands-on experience on a work placement of at least 10 days. This is a great way to use the skills you have learnt in the classroom and experience what work is like from the inside. You will also learn about the role of front office and planning events. Students wear a uniform which consists of a T-Shirt that can be purchased directly through the College.
