Minimum Grade C in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.

Pass SPM or equivalent with minimum three (3) credits including Mathematics, Chemistry, and one other subject.

Credit requirement at SPM level can be waived should the grades obtained at STPM / A-Levels / Matriculation / Foundation level be equivalent/higher.
