Entry Requirements
- Degree: Minimum 2:2 BEng Honours or 2:1 BSc Honours in Electrical/Electronic/Communication Engineering, Maths or Physics related degree
Note: We would normally expect you to have Grade C in GCSE English and Maths.
English Language Requirements:
- Overall IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening (or recognised equivalent).
Curriculum
We give you a thorough grounding in all the essential hardware and software technologies and give you the skills to apply them. You gain a deep understanding of a wide range of test equipment and software packages used in the industry.
You will learn how to evaluate engineering problems - in digital and communication technologies for example - and use state-of-the-art tools to improve the performance of engineering designs in different specialist contexts.
For your research dissertation you will plan and put into practice a major engineering project and then write a critical evaluation of your work.
In short, we will arm you with the skills, expertise and confidence you need to launch you on your professional career.
