The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sustainable Digital Construction Management at Taylor's University is designed to meet the increasing demand for skilled construction managers in Malaysia and beyond. This programme integrates Smart and Green Construction practices, aligning with Malaysia’s Construction 4.0 strategy, which aims to implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) in 80% of projects by 2025. Students will benefit from a Work-Based Learning track, gaining one year of industry experience to develop expertise in sustainable, technology-driven, and digitized construction management. With a multidisciplinary approach, the programme focuses on resilient built environments, green design, and smart construction—preparing graduates to succeed in the evolving industry.

Entry Requirements
Prerequisites:
SPM / O-Level with Pre-U or Foundation:
- Pass SPM//O-level or equivalent with 5 credits including Science or Mathematics for entry with pre-university/ foundation qualification. (Except for UEC)
- Pass SPM/O-level or equivalent with 3 credits including Science or Mathematics for entry with Diploma qualification.
Entry Pathway:
Any one of these:
- STPM:Pass with Grade C in at least 2 subjects
- A Level:Min. DD
- AUSMAT (SACEi):ATAR 55%
- IB:Min 24 points in 6 subjects
- MUFY:Overall 50%
- International Canadian Pre-U:Min. 55% in 6 subjects
- UEC:A Pass in UEC with Min. 5Bs including Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics 1 or Advanced Mathematics 2
- Diploma in Computing (Level 4, MQF) or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50. Candidates with a CGPA below 2.50 but more than 2.00 may be admitted subject to a thorough rigorous assessment; (Pre-requisite of Credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent is not required)
- Any other Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.75.
- Pass High School Certificate from New South Wales, Australia with an average of 60%
- Pass ANY Foundation with min CGPA 2.0 from other institutions recognised by the Malaysian Government
- Pass Matriculation programmes recognised by Ministry of Education Malaysia in relevant field with min CGPA 2.00
- Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM) in Computing fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 subjected to HEP Senate / Academic
- Any other qualifications are recognised as equivalent by the Malaysia Government.
English Requirements:
- MUET/IELTS/TOEFL/UEC English:Pass
- Taylor's EET:Overall Score 5.0
- Taylor's IEN Level 2:Grade C
- Cambridge English/ELS also recognised; the minimum score varies by programme
- Pre-U/Diploma:Pre-U/Diploma that was conducted in English
For International Students:
- IELTS score of 5.0 OR its equivalent
- Completed Pre-U/Diploma that was conducted in English
