About
This MBA provides in-depth knowledge of strategic human resource management, human resource development, and industrial relations management. You will learn to apply key HRM concepts to identify and solve workforce management challenges. The program includes a project paper on current HRM issues and offers a strong foundation in advanced theories and empirical research. Additionally, you will develop managerial communication skills, including presenting analyses, justifying decisions, and influencing perceptions. This program is approved by the Higher Education Department, Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.

Entry Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF)
In a Related Field:
- Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
- OR
- Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00-2.50 may require an internal assessment.
In a Non-Related Field:
- Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and relevant working experience may require an internal assessment.
- OR
- Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and without relevant working experience may require the completion of prerequisite courses.
English Language Requirements (for International Students)
- MUET: Minimum 4.0
- IELTS: Minimum 6.0
- TOEFL:

Admission via APEL (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning)
For those without the required formal qualification, but with relevant work experience:
- Malaysian citizens aged 30 years or older
- Must possess at least STPM, A-level, Diploma, or an Equivalent qualification
- Must have relevant work experience.
APEL allows applicants to be assessed based on their prior learning and work experience as an alternative entry method for the Master of Business Administration programmes
