Bachelor of Arts (Honours)

About

The undergraduate Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree is offered by universities and institutions all around the world, including Monash University Malaysia. The B.A. (Honours) degree is a great option for students who want to pursue a wide range of academic areas because it is granted to students who finish an extra year of coursework study and independent research. The undergraduate arts degree and this Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree are complimentary but distinct programs. You can apply to study for an extra year and do independent research if you have a stellar academic record and want to continue your studies. In order to prepare for professions in academia or other professional fields, this extra year gives students the chance to expand their knowledge and proficiency in a particular field.
You will create and execute a research project of your own choosing under the supervision of an academic supervisor. In the end, you will have a research dissertation that gives you the ideal chance to go further into a particular field of study that interests you. Bachelor of Arts (Honours) graduates are frequently sought after as future executives in big businesses due to their advanced research, communication, and analysing abilities. An academic career or the pursuit of a higher research degree has historically been made possible by an honours degree.
