Curriculum
Our BA (Hons) Hospitality Management degree allows you to direct your learning through a flexible approach to delivery. Converting your existing HND or Foundation Degree into a full BA (Hons), this one-year, full-time course seeks to enhance your abilities and broaden your understanding of industry processes.
Exploring the main concepts and theories of strategic leadership, you will examine the corporate responsibility, operation, and quality legislations relating to the hospitality industry. As a student on a Higher Education course you will be required to conduct a level of self-directed study, including a vocational dissertation project and research proposal.
