- Academic Qualification: A Master's Degree accepted by the Senate of IUKL OR Other qualifications equivalent to a Master's Degree that are accepted by the Senate of IUKL.
- English Language Requirement (Local Applicants): Minimum credit in English language at SPM or its equivalent OR A Master’s Degree from a university/programme where the medium of instruction is English.
- English Language Requirement (International Applicants): Minimum TOEFL score of 500 OR IELTS 5.0 OR A degree from a university where the medium of instruction is English.
